Another bike ride, another poutine. This trip is developing a lovely sort of predictable rhythm to it.

Tonights Quebecois feast - Fruits de Mer Poutine with Scallops and Bechamel sauce (tasted better than it looked!) and Poutine with Bacon and hot dogs (listed on the menu as sausages, but were definitely just a bunch of cut up weiners).
