The twins experienced public transport for the first time today on the Great Train Adventure. Brendan has been asking to ride the O Train and the OC Transportation buses in Ottawa after seeing them on a Mighty Machines movie he was given. We decided that a short trip up to our Godson Peyton's 4th birthday was the perfect opportunity to make it happen. We were able to ride the train from one end of the line to the other and then get on a double length bendy bus and ride it through town back to the original train station! It was perfect!
Brendan was preoccupied with all the signs (he especially loves all the "no" signs) and the twins took the whole thing in wide eyed. Literally. Harrison in particular seemed to love staring out the train window. Do we have another tiny train engineer in our midst? ...
